Non-Executive Chairman

Hazem Ben-Gacem  is the head of Investcorp’s European private equity operations, the managing partner of Investcorp Technology Partners, Investcorp’s technology private equity business and a member of the Management Committee of the Investcorp Group.  Mr. Ben-Gacem currently sits on the board of FleetMatics, Georg Jensen A/S, kgb Inc., Skrill, Ceme SpA, and N&W global Vending SpA . Mr.Ben-Gacem has also sat on the board of Acta Technologies Inc., Conduit Limited, Dialogic Corp, eviivo Limited, Mania Technologie AG, Objectstar International Limited, Sophos plc, Spectel plc, T3 Media, TDX Holdings Limited, Trema Holding, Utimaco Safeware AG, Willtek Communications GmbH and Wireless Telecommunication Group Inc. Prior to joining Investcorp in 1994, Mr. Ben-Gacem was a member of Credit Suisse First Boston’s Mergers & Acquisitions team in New York. Hazem is a graduate of Harvard University where he received a B.A. in Economics with honours.
